I am working with a multi-discipline construction contractor in a search for a Recruitment & Resourcing Partner. This is an exciting and varied position that offers the chance to play a key role within their busy Group Professional Services Centre. Working as part of the People & Culture Team, you will contribute directly to the growth and development of the organisation by supporting leaders across multiple regions and business units.
Reporting to the Group Head of People & Culture, you will be embedded in a collaborative environment where you’ll partner closely with HR, Planning and Operational Teams to deliver effective resourcing solutions that align with strategic priorities.
The Recruitment & Resourcing Partner has the Exciting Opportunities to:
* Work in partnership with People & Culture and Planning teams to design and deliver an organisation-wide resourcing strategy aligned to our business priorities.
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from approval to onboarding.
* Support our leaders in forecasting workforce needs and building effective talent pipelines.
* Lead our employer branding initiatives, in collaboration with our Communications team, to enhance visibility and appeal.
* Provide professional advice on recruitment strategy, selection methods, and best practice.
* Develop relationships with agencies, universities, and community networks.
* Drive diversity and inclusion-focused recruitment initiatives, in line with our ESG goals.
* Produce recruitment reports and insights.
* Oversee the Applicant Tracking System to ensure accurate, high-quality data.
The Recruitment & Resourcing Partner Should be Able to Demonstrate:
* Experience managing end to end recruitment in a fast-paced building services/construction environment or looking to take a step up.
* A CIPD qualification or equivalent HR/recruitment accreditation or time-taught experience in recruitment.
* Experience recruiting for technical or engineering roles within construction or building services sectors.
* Knowledge of UK/NI employment law and recruitment best practice.
* Skilled in using ATS platforms and interpreting recruitment analytics.
* Excellent communication, organisational, team working and decision-making skills.
