Complex Care - Community Nurse An exciting opportunity has arisen for Registered Nurses to fulfil a critical role within the Adult Complex Care Team under the Aberdeen Health and Social Care Partnership. This is a permanent position, however Secondment would be considered The Adult Complex Care Team is committed to delivering evidence-based nursing care to young adults in their own home, following a transition from paediatric services. The young adults may be experiencing life-limiting complex physical conditions and learning disabilities. The team collaborates closely with parents, families, guardians and other healthcare professionals to ensure that all care needs are comprehensively met, thereby fostering a supportive and inclusive environment. Candidates are expected to work autonomously, exercise clinical judgment, and escalate any concerns as necessary. Strong communication skills are essential due to the independent nature of this role. A background in ventilation and tracheostomy management is advantageous. The successful applicant must possess a valid UK driving licence and be able to drive a variety of patient vehicles.
