As we continue to grow our national contracts, were looking for experienced Dual Fuel Engineers to join our expanding team. Pay & Package Options Choose the option that suits your circumstances: 1? ? Salary Package £45,000 per annum. 33 days holiday (including bank holidays) Company van, fuel card, tools & uniform provided 2? ? Guaranteed Day Rate Option 1 £200 per day Paid via Umbrella PAYE Company van, fuel card, tools & uniform provided 3? ? Guaranteed Day Rate Option 2 £275 per day Paid via Umbrella PAYE Engineer provides own van & fuel Tools & uniform provided Bonus Breakdown Boost your earnings with monthly incentives: KPI Bonus £150 per month Achieved by hitting 75% job completion in a calendar month Attendance Bonus £150 per month Awarded for full attendance with no sick days Pro-rated for holidays Working Hours Monday to Friday, 8am5pm (1-hour lunch) Minimum 4 jobs per day / 20 per week Optional weekend work available once weekly targets are met Call Out 1 week in 4 rota Standby payments MondaySunday Per job rates: £150 per dual install £80 per single £50 per transactional job Saturday work available (paid at day rate) The Role As a Dual Fuel Engineer with Orion, youll benefit from a stable role with strong earning potential and a supportive team. You will: Install smart meters safely and efficiently in domestic properties Deliver a professional, customer-focused service Ensure all work meets industry safety and compliance standards Represent Orion as part of a nationwide engineering team Requirements Smart Meter Engineering qualification or diploma CMA1 or CCN1 & MET1 MOCOPA certification (or completed during induction) Full UK driving licence Clean DBS check (recent within 3 months preferred) EUSR card (advantageous, not essential) Documents required: Driving licence, passport, gas certificates, MOCOPA, qualifications, NI number, references, and DBS.
