National Sea Logistics Healthcare Development Manager (ZS-PD)

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused National Sea Logistics Reefer Product Developer to drive the growth of our reefer sea freight business across the UK. This is a highly visible, customer-facing role where you will act as a subject matter expert, working closely with Sales, Operations, and overseas partners to win new business and strengthen existing relationships.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute strategies to grow the UK Reefer Sea Logistics product in line with agreed targets
* Collaborate closely with Sales teams on key opportunities, including customer profiling, negotiations, and implementation
* Actively develop new business while maintaining and expanding existing customer accounts
* Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas partners, creating pipelines and sales leads
* Provide market insights, product expertise, and customer solutions across import and export reefer trade lanes
* Monitor market trends, review sector strategies, and identify new business and value-creation opportunities
* Ensure full compliance with company, industry, quality, security, health & safety, and environmental standards
* Contribute to volume planning, yield improvement, and alignment with the Reefer P&L
Qualifications
* Proven experience in import/export sea logistics, ideally with a strong focus on the reefer product
* Solid understanding of sea freight markets, customer requirements, and supply chain solutions
* Strong commercial mindset with the ability to align new business with financial targets
* Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders
* Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Proficiency in MS Office / Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
* A collaborative, proactive approach with strong networking and relationship-building skills
* Full driving licence and flexibility to travel nationally and internationally as required
