The role
We’re looking for a passionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team as Sterile Services Lead. Putting patients first, you’ll be given time to care for each person as a unique individual. Our Theatres are busy and colleagues will rely on your support. Together, you’ll deliver the highest quality clinical outcomes in a supported environment. What You’ll Bring With You
* NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care
* Sterile Service experience
* Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Proven customer services skills
* Be a highly motivated individual
* Enjoy working in constantly and rapidly changing environments
* Great communication skills
