As we continue to scale, we are seeking an enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to support our team and play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our fast-paced office environment.
The Role
You will be the backbone of our operations, providing essential administrative support to the Accounts and Operations Coordinator, as well as the Directors and the wider team. This is a varied and fast-paced role where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring efficient office operations.
* Office management, including liaising with external suppliers and maintaining key office relationships.
* Organising company events, incentives, and team activities.
* Coordinating travel arrangements for the team.
* Assisting with contractor timesheets and invoicing.
* Assisting with contractor payroll.
* Drafting candidate and client paperwork.
* Credit Control

We are seeking someone bright, proactive, and highly organised who thrives in a busy and professional environment.
Essential Skills & Attributes:
* Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel).
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
* A team player who is confident, adaptable, and enjoys taking initiative.
Education: Degree level (or equivalent experience).
