The Opportunity
We are looking for a marketing manager with around 2-3 years of experience to take ownership of the companys marketing function. This role will play an important part in establishing a more modern, strategic and data-driven approach to marketing.
Youll work closely with the MD & product team and collaborate across departments to strengthen brand presence, generate inbound interest and support the launch of new digital and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Brand Development
Develop and deliver marketing campaigns that increase visibility and attract new inbound interest.
Strengthen brand consistency across all platforms and materials.
Support the creation and maintenance of a new website, working with internal or external designers.
Oversee updates to branding, messaging and visual identity as needed.
Content Creation & Digital Presence
Produce high-quality marketing content, including case studies, brochures, product sheets and web copy.
Coordinate updates across digital channels (website, email, social platforms).
Ensure marketing materials reflect the technical and industrial nature of the products.
Lead Generation & Data-Driven Insights
Plan and execute lead-generation activities to support business growth.
Track performance using analytics tools and report on marketing ROI.
Propose improvements and new initiatives based on data and insights.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with engineering, product and operations teams to support marketing needs.
Provide marketing assets and materials that support internal and external communications.
Ensure alignment between marketing activities and wider company objectives.
What We're Looking For
2-3 years of experience in a marketing role (preferably within technical, engineering, manufacturing, industrial, scientific or B2B environments).
Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation and lead-generation techniques.
Experience contributing to website development and managing online presence.
Excellent communication, writing and organisation skills.
Analytical, data-led approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
Ability to work on-site 5 days a week near Bridgewater
Comfortable working closely with technical teams and translating technical information into marketing content.
