Personal Assistant (PA) – Bed Management and Patient Flow Service
An exciting post for a Personal Assistant (PA) to join the Bed Management and Patient Flow Service. Working as part of a team, the post holder will support the provision of a high-quality secretarial and administrative service to the Leadership Team and wider network when required.
Key Responsibilities
* Meeting scheduling and diary management for the Leadership Team using Microsoft Outlook.
* Minute taking at meetings and accurate recording of action items.
* General administration of the Leadership Team, including preparation of documents, reports, and correspondence.
* Managing confidential information and responding to queries within and outside the organisation in a professional, empathetic manner.
* Maintaining office systems and supporting multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications & Experience
* Excellent organisational and communication skills with an accomplished secretarial background.
* Effective time‑management, prioritisation, and multitasking abilities.
* Proven experience with Microsoft Outlook diary management and general office administration.
* Experience supporting a Leadership Team in a large organisation, preferably with NHS administrative exposure.
* Ability to exercise sound judgement, decision making, and maintain confidentiality.
