Why Join Us?

* Collaborative Approach: Work closely with a diverse steering group of disabled people, building positive relationships and facilitating genuine co-production.
* Autonomy and Ownership: Take responsibility for leading and shaping the project from start to finish, with the freedom to apply your skills in project management, facilitation, and inclusive practice.
* Showcasing Expertise: This role offers the chance to demonstrate your co-design and stakeholder engagement skills on a high-profile project that will inform future service delivery and policy.
About the Role
We're looking for a committed, organised, and collaborative Project Manager to lead an 8-month initiative focused on understanding and improving job retention for disabled people.

We are looking for someone with:
* Proven experience managing community-based projects, ideally involving co-production or co-design
* A strong understanding of disability equality and inclusive practices
* Excellent facilitation, communication, and project coordination skills
