We're looking for an ambitious and analytical Insights & Reporting Analyst to join our Digital Team. This is an exciting opportunity to shape how data is used across P3, turning complex information into clear, actionable insights that help frontline services and central teams make informed decisions every day. Working closely with colleagues across the organisation, you'll design and develop dashboards, reports and analytical tools that bring our data to life. You'll identify trends, highlight opportunities for improvement and help build a culture where evidence-based decision-making is embedded at every level.
