About the Role… As CRM Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the brand’s customer growth and retention strategy creating data-led, creative campaigns that keep customers coming back for more. You’ll take the lead on how the brand connects with their customersfrom shaping the CRM strategy across email, SMS, and push notifications. From audience segmentation and automated journeys to personalised campaigns, you’ll make sure every message lands at the right time, with the right tone. You’ll own the full CRM process, planning, building and optimising automated flows, then reporting insights back to the wider team to keep everyone in the loop on what’s working. You’ll ensure our emails not only look great and perform well across all devices, but also align with the wider content plan and brand identity. You’ll also help get the very best out of the CRM system by developing communication plans, spotting opportunities to improve usability, and turning data into meaningful actions that drive engagement and growth. About you… To be considered for this CRM Manager role you’ll be a natural mix of creative thinker and analytical problem-solver someone who can spot patterns in data, then turn them into campaigns that connect. You’ll bring a solid background in CRM or e-commerce marketing (ideally five years or more) and have experience running high-performing campaigns across email, SMS, and push. You’ll know your way around automation flows, customer segmentation, and reporting dashboards, and you’ll be confident using insights to optimise performance and tell stories through data.
