Paralegal – Family Law

We are currently working with a respected and well-established family law firm in Oxford who are looking to recruit a Paralegal to join their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to gain hands-on experience within a busy family law practice, supporting solicitors on a varied and high-quality caseload.
The Role:
The successful candidate will support across a range of family law matters, gaining exposure to all stages of case progression including client contact and court-related work.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting solicitors with a full range of family law matters, including divorce, financial remedy, and children matters
* Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and preparing court bundles
* Managing case files and ensuring matters progress efficiently
* Liaising with clients, courts, and third parties in a professional manner
* Conducting legal research and supporting case preparation
Candidate Requirements:
* Previous experience in a legal or paralegal role is desirable
* Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
* Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
* Professional, empathetic approach when dealing with clients
* Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment
