Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in various environments, ensuring a welcoming and safe space for all. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a commitment to excellent customer service. Due to the opening hours of the Victoria Club all cleaner working hours are early morning, generally a 6.30am / 7am start for up to 3.5 hours negotiable. Some weekend work is required.
Duties
* Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
* Use appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
* Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report when stock is low.
* Follow health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.
* Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address any specific cleaning requests or concerns.
Experience
* Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients.
* Proficiency in English to communicate clearly with team members and clients.
* Good communication skills are essential for understanding instructions and providing feedback on tasks completed.
