Ideal Candidates Will Have:
Experience supporting pupils with Autism, ADHD, or other additional needs (or a strong desire to learn).
Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
A proactive and reflective approach to classroom support.

SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Cosham
Pay: £13.80 – £15 per hour
Start Date: ASAP

Support pupils across all Key Stages with tailored learning approaches.
Adapt learning creatively using a dynamic, multi-sensory, and inclusive approach.
Bring positivity, patience, and resilience into the classroom.
Work collaboratively with teachers and professionals to embed neuro-affirming practices.
Encourage independence and emotional well-being in every child.
