Role overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our highly successful and growing company as a Customer Service Advisor. You are the voice of DWUK and support our customers with their orders and enquiries to provide an excellent level of service and care. Our advisors collaborate with the warehouse and transport teams to provide our customers with an efficient and first-class service.
Key Responsibilities
* Be the first point of contact for our customers with taking/loading orders and enquiries.
* Pass account administration to relevant departments in a timely manner
* Support external sales with customer enquiries, including products and pricing
* Checking website orders and confirm for processing
* Work with procurement systems
* Load email orders and answer email queries
* Contact customers regarding preorders and stock availability
* Check driver dashboards for stock availability and rearrange delivery if necessary for stock due in dates
* Outbound promotion calls
* Supporting the business with sales and administration duties as required
Person Specification
* At least a grade C/4 GCSE or higher qualification
* Good level of spoken and written English
* Knowledge of IT systems including Office 365 software
* Excellent listening skills
* A conscientious and proactive approach to duties
* Flexible working attitude
