Commercial Division Lead - Responsibilities
* Deliver on your three-year strategic business plan (reviewed annually).
* Work with Senior Leadership Team and wider stakeholders to achieve retention and sales targets.
* Deliver on propositions and sales and marketing strategies.
* Maximise all sales distribution channels.
* Personally lead a portfolio of large Commercial clients.
* Lead prospect pitches.
* Build on existing market leading position.
* Deliver on all growth opportunities with both existing and new clients.
* Lead, motivate and develop your teams skills.
* Provide advice and guidance whilst maintaining high levels of motivation.
Qualifications
* Knowledge and experience of Commercial Insurance and associated risk issues.
* Strong self‑awareness with ability to read senior stakeholder meetings and engagements.
* Track record of growing client portfolio revenues.
* Ability to identify growth opportunities and to know the best approach to maximising them.
