About the role
As an integral part of our operational delivery team, you'll provide vital administrative support to both the Operational Support Manager and Contract Manager, helping to ensure all works under the NGED contract are delivered to the highest standards of compliance.
You'll play a key role in the management of the NGED audit programme, ensuring all documentation and processes meet internal and external standards. In addition, you'll oversee the NGED Minor Works programme, helping to coordinate activities, track progress, and maintain compliance across all works.
As a Project & Operations Support Admin you will
Planning and Scheduling of NGED Minor works
Planning of NGED operational and compliance audits
Participate in attaining and maintaining company certification systems
Suggest corrective actions to any non-compliance
Client interfaces - receive projects from and raise Ipsum job on database and Ipsum Jobs Live
Liaise with NGED and their customers
Preparation, production, and quality checking of work packs
Performance monitoring of the work programme to ensure efficient delivery of the plans.
Reporting of process management data
Primary point of contact for minor works programme during day-to-day operations for engineers and customers
Interface with Operations Support colleagues for management of PPE, tools, clothing and training requirements
