Key responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for all in-market supply topics, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution Monitor and track delivery schedules, proactively identifying and escalating the delays Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, quality, planning) to track and close supply-related issues Escalate delays or risks to senior team members when needed Prepare and distribute regular reports; OTIFD, Product Availability, Supply risks Conduct root cause analysis and perform reason coding for order misses and service failures Provide routine updates to the team on supply performance and risks Support stock allocation activities in case of constrained supply Assist in continuous improvement initiatives by identifying recurring issues and data trends Support month end and weekly performance reviews with data preparation Key skills & competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proactive mindset with strong follow up and ownership Effective communication and stakeholder management across functions Solid understanding of supply chain processes Proficiency in excel and reporting tools What’s in it for you Competitive Benefit Package Paid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Volunteer Time & More!
