Blue Arrow is urgently recruiting for A Sales Support Administration to join our clients team based in the Swansea area working for a manufacturing company.
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £26,250p.a
Hours of work: 40 hours per week: Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm
Key Duties:
Core Responsibilities:
1. Answering telephone calls in a professional manner, transferring to the appropriate individual or taking messages as required.
2. Data entry utilising programs such as Microsoft Office 365, Salesforce and Xero. Bespoke system training will be given
3. Checking orders for sales team
4. Entering Sales order into sales force
5. Coordinating with hauliers re transport pick up of goods
6. Chasing hauliers for Proof of Delivery
7. Document Management
8. Maintaining computerised and manual filing systems
9. Communicate effectively with all staff, in person and electronically
10. Timely and accurate completion of daily jobs as may be allocated and prioritised from time to time, in accordance with company processes and procedures
11. Understand, promote and comply with the company Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality Management policies and procedures, particularly those procedures specific to the administrative function.
Required Skills:
12. Planning, prioritisation, and time management skills. Ability to work to deadlines by setting priorities and managing work loads
13. Good Numeracy skills
14. Excellent logistical skills – diary management. Enthusiasm, creativity, and a proactive problem-solving approach
15. Practical experience of using databases and spreadsheets/ understanding of financial spreadsheets EXCEL
16. Discretion in dealing with confidential and sensitive information
17. A confident approach, able to remain calm and handle competing demands under pressure
18. Good communication skills, self motivated and able to work part of a team as well as individually.
