Role: Head Chef
You’ll lead a talented kitchen team, working to a proven core menu while having full freedom to design and deliver your own specials that showcase fresh, seasonal ingredients.
What you will do
* Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations and lead by example.
* Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation across all dishes.
* Create weekly and seasonal specials that highlight your creativity.
* Manage ordering, cost control, and kitchen standards.
* Train and motivate your team to deliver exceptional results.
What we’re looking for
* A Head Chef with at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
* Background in a fresh-food, gastro pub-style kitchen.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* A passion for honest cooking, local ingredients, and great flavour.
