Use your exceptional strategic thinking skills, commercial savvy and international experience to shape the future of a key personal care brand and drive real growth in international markets


* Lead brand strategy and execution for a personal care brand in European & African markets
* Build 360 marketing campaigns including digital & e-commerce activity ensuring relevance and impact
* Manage significant A&P budgets, delivering profitable brand growth year on year
* Build robust relationships with distributors and agency partners to execute regional marketing plans
* Shape DTC platforms and brand websites, owning the digital customer journey from strategy to delivery
* Travel internationally to meet key distributor and retail partners

🔦 Position Overview

Now seeking an experienced SBM with regional marketing experience to lead a key brand, and drive its growth through strategic brand management, team leadership, product innovation and innovative marketing campaigns.This is an excellent opportunity to progress your career with a company that values strategic thinking, creative problem-solving and strong commercial performance.


As International SBM, you'll be the champion for a brand portfolio in the company’s Europe & Africa region. You'll work across a complex landscape of distributors, agencies, and internal teams to develop and execute regionally relevant marketing strategies that drive brand growth and commercial success. Your role combines strategic brand leadership with hands-on execution, requiring you to balance standardisation of brand guidelines with the flexibility to adapt campaigns for local markets. You'll own the P&L for your brands, manage significant budgets, and drive profitable growth through effective trade marketing, digital innovation, and distributor partnership.


📒 What you’ll be doing from Day 1

* Championing your brand portfolio across the region, ensuring consistent application of brand guidelines through brand books and distributor activation
* Developing and executing 360 marketing campaigns with creative & media agencies, with specific focus on digital channels and e-commerce growth
* Leading the development and optimisation of brand websites and direct-to-consumer platforms across the region
* Managing A&P budgets per brand and country as an investment portfolio, conducting quarterly reviews and making strategic trade-off decisions
* Challenging and supporting distributor media plans to improve cost effectiveness, reach quality, and return on investment year on year
* Collaborating with international and EU marketing teams on marketing plans, best practices, and new product development pipeline
* Liaising with sales teams and distributors to establish effective channel strategies and develop marketing activation plans
* Managing consumer insight, market research and category data relevant to brand performance and opportunity identification
* Lead NPD/EPD initiatives for the region, supporting launch strategies and go-to-market plans
* Supporting the regional sales team with brand presentations, toolkits, and brand council leadership

* Significant brand marketing experience ideally within the personal care sector, demonstrating consistent brand growth in competitive markets
* Extensive digital marketing expertise, including strategic planning, execution, and performance measurement across digital channels
* Proven success working with e-commerce platforms to drive growth and optimise customer journeys
* Experience developing and optimising brand websites and direct-to-consumer platforms
* Strong background in international marketing with a track record across the EMEA region
* Experience of working closely with distributors and retail partners to support sell-in and sell-through strategies
* Solid project management experience, leading cross-functional initiatives
* Strong leadership and influencing skills, able to drive progress and outcomes without direct authority
* Commercially astute with clear understanding of business drivers, performance metrics, and profitability
* Highly organised and delivery-focused, consistently meeting deadlines and completing projects to standard
* Tenacious and resilient, maintaining momentum when faced with obstacles or complex challenges
* Confident challenging the status quo and proposing practical, value-adding improvements
* International mindset with cultural sensitivity and adaptability when working across diverse markets
* Passionate about marketing and achievement with a naturally inquisitive mindset and strong personal drive
* Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for building brands in a competitive sector
