We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. Duties
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
* Manage and maintain office files, both electronic and paper-based.
* Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
* Booking Flights, accomomdations & travel for staff
* Organise office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
* Taking Meeting Minutes
* Working with project team on sub contractor on boarding
* Support team members with administrative tasks as needed.
Skills
* Proficient in data entry with a keen eye for detail.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite applications.
* Familiarity with clerical duties and office procedures.
* Competent in using computerised systems for record keeping.
* Excellent typing skills with a focus on accuracy.
* Strong phone etiquette and communication skills.
* Administrative experience is advantageous.
* Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus but not essential.
* Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
