We are looking to recruit an SPQ District Nurse to our expanding Community Health team. Unlike your usual Nursing role, you will be working across the local community, assessing patients in their own homes.
As a District Nurse, no day is the same; you will meet patients of varied needs, from wound care to end of life care. This role gives you the opportunity to develop and enhance your current skillset and broaden management skills.
Working Hours & Schedules
* Monday to Friday (Core hours) – 08:30 – 16:30
* One weekend every 4 weeks with days off in the week
* Late shift – 11:00 – 19:00
* Early shift – 07:00 – 15:00
* Full time (37.5 hours per week) and part time opportunities available
Responsibilities
* Visit a number of patients on a daily basis in their own homes
* Provide high quality nursing care to a range of patients with varying healthcare needs
* Provide end of life care, wound management and other healthcare required
Qualifications
* Qualified Registered Nurse with SPQ qualification
* Car driver with UK licence
* Positive and motivational attitude
