As a Nursery Room Leader, you will take charge of your designated room, guiding our children's early educational experiences and fostering individual growth.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include planning innovative learning activities in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, supporting and mentoring staff, and ensuring a safe and engaging environment. You will also cultivate strong partnerships with families, keeping them informed and involved in their child's learning journey.

Requirements
Key Requirements:
* A minimum Level 3 childcare qualification or equivalent.
* Experience working in an early years setting, with some previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
* A solid understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and child development principles.
* Strong communication skills for building relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
* Ability to inspire and lead a team, providing support and guidance to staff.
* Commitment to creating a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for children.
* Knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation.
* Passion for working with children and a drive to provide excellent standards of care and education.
