We are seeking an organised and reliable Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day administration of our Edinburgh office and support the smooth running of the business. This is a standalone role, ideal for someone who is confident working independently and managing a varied workload across administration, accounts support, and customer communication. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls professionally and direct enquiries as required Monitor, send, and respond to emails in a timely manner Process quotes and invoices accurately Maintain organised filing systems and general office records Manage daily office administration with minimal supervision Support the wider business with ad hoc administrative duties as needed Experience and Skills Previous experience in an office administration or office management role Confident working independently and managing workload effectively Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Experience using Sage is essential Comfortable handling quotes, invoices, and general administrative processes What We Offer £30,160 over time (paid at 1.5 rate) Stable, full-time hours Supportive working environment The ideal candidate will be dependable, proactive and capable of keeping the office running efficiently without close supervision.
