Are you an experienced HLTA looking for a new challenge? Do you want to make a real impact on pupils' learning in a supportive school environment? We are seeking a dedicated HLTA to join a welcoming primary school in Wantage as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
* Support the class teacher by leading small groups and 1:1 intervention
* Provide lesson cover when required and assist with planning and delivery
* Work with pupils across different abilities, including those with additional needs
* Play an active role in the wider life of the school
Requirements / Qualifications
The ideal HLTA will have classroom experience, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for helping children achieve their full potential. In return, you\'ll join a collaborative team that values professional development and offers ongoing training opportunities.
