We’re looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Health & Social Care Tutor to join our growing team in Birmingham. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver high-quality learning that empowers individuals to develop their knowledge, skills, and behaviours within the Health & Social Care sector. You’ll plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons in line with awarding organisation requirements, ensuring each learner progresses and achieves to the highest possible standard. What You’ll Do: * Deliver inspiring and high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment sessions. * Support learners to achieve their Health & Social Care qualifications and build confidence in their skills. * Plan, assess, and track learner progress to ensure timely completion. * Mentor and guide learners to develop the professional behaviours needed in care settings. * Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with awarding body and funding requirements. * Adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learner needs and overcome barriers to learning. * Promote a culture of high performance, motivation, and continuous improvement. What We’re Looking For: * Recognised Assessor qualification (A1, TAQA, CAVA, D32/D33). * Recognised teaching qualification (minimum Level 3 Award in Education & Training or equivalent). * GCSEs (or equivalent) in English, Maths, and IT (Grade AC). * Experience in delivering vocational qualifications in Health & Social Care. * Understanding of curriculum design, assessment, and the Education Inspection Framework. * Strong communication, coaching, and organisational skills. * Commitment to safeguarding, continuous professional development, and quality teaching. * Confidence in supporting learners with Maths and English Functional Skills, where required.
