We’re recruiting a skilled and professional individual to join our well respected client in Hickstead. The Role As an HGV Technician, you will be responsible for the mechanical and electrical repair, as well as preventative maintenance, of our company fleet. Duties/Responsibilities: Adhere to all relevant risk assessments. Carry out planned and unplanned maintenance and repairs independently Ensure vehicles are ready for MOT inspections Repair electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical faults on vehicles Carry out vehicle computer diagnostics Skills Experience as a mechanic within a commercial vehicle environment Relevant mechanical qualifications Strong knowledge in MOT preparation Exceptional knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures.
