Corporate Security Officer - ICTS
Join a trusted leader in corporate security. In this high-profile role, you will ensure the safety and security of premises and people at a prestigious client site. Working as part of a small, dedicated team, you'll deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a secure environment.
Your Responsibilities
As an experienced Security Officer with strong customer focus, you will:
* Manage access control for buildings and car parks for employees, visitors, and contractors
* Patrol buildings, car parks, and grounds to deter and detect issues
* Respond promptly to customer requests and queries
* Check and challenge ID passes in a professional and friendly manner
* Activate/deactivate alarms and lock/unlock buildings, rooms, gates, and barriers
* Identify and report Health & Safety concerns and administer first aid if required
* Maintain accurate records, including incident reports, using computer and paper-based systems
Shift Details
Shift pattern is 4 on 4 off, consisting of both day and night shifts, all shifts are 12 hours in length, however, flexibility and reliability are essential to support your team.
Essential Requirements
* SIA Door Supervision (DS) or Security Guarding (SG) licence
* Proven background in security, ideally corporate security
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure
* Strong customer service skills
* Competent IT skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* High standard of personal presentation
* Understanding of equality, diversity, and inclusion
Desirable (Not Essential)
* First Aid at Work qualification
* SIA CCTV (PSS) licence
* Previous experience in a similar role
