Risk & Compliance Manager Salary: £48,000 per annum Package Regional Office Worker - Site based & Homeworking Organised Travel to Birmingham required If successful you will support the activities of the Risk & Compliance Team in ensuring the business meets all its business, contractual and regulatory obligations. What you’ll be doing: To act as a reliable and trusted deputy to Head of Risk and Compliance – to provide full cover for the Risk and Compliance function when the Head of Risk and Compliance is on annual leave or absent; to actively represent the Head of Risk and Compliance at internal and external forums if they are unable to attend. To ensure that business policies are maintained, reviewed, updated and approved against an agreed business schedule ensuring they are published on the intranet and (where applicable) the internet. They should also be shared and made available to key internal and external parties. To support the Head of Risk and Compliance to ensure that the enterprise, contractual and business support risk registers are maintained and updated in accordance with the agreed risk and governance framework. This will also include reviewing evidence of mitigations implemented to mitigate risks.
