DUSA exists to support and represent over 15,000 students at the University of Dundee. We are a registered Scottish charity providing support, representation, activities, and services to help students succeed and thrive.
We are seeking Additional Trustees to join our Board and play a vital role in ensuring we remain financially sustainable, legally compliant, and student-focused. This is an exciting time to get involved as we develop our next strategic plan.
What you'll do:
* Contribute to strategic oversight and direction
* Ensure good governance, transparency, and integrity
* Oversee financial sustainability and risk management
* Support legal and regulatory compliance
* Bring experience, judgement, and independence to Board discussions
What we're looking for:
We welcome applicants from all backgrounds. You might bring skills in governance, finance, risk management, strategic planning, or organisational leadership. We value:

Commitment:
Board meetings every 6 weeks (evenings), plus sub-committee meetings before each Board.
