Our Customer Services Advisers are much more than just call handlers. These are exciting opportunities to deliver an exceptional service to customers, whilst playing a key role in helping us to deliver and achieve our business ambitions to improve lives through sustainable homes and places. Your customer expertise and insight will be invaluable to customer journey mapping and digital transformation, and you will have the opportunity to contribute to exciting change projects that make a real difference to the customer. We are looking for a flexible, resilient, and experienced team player who offers a great customer-focused experience in a fast-paced environment through multi-channels; from call handling through to LiveChat, email and social media. About you As a confident and enthusiastic communicator, you will be experienced in achieving first contact resolution using your organisational knowledge to resolve a variety of queries. You will be a passionate and vocal advocate for delivery of a brilliant customer experience and have the confidence and drive to work collaboratively with others across Livin to identify the best course of action to achieve customer satisfaction and deliver our Plan A. Ideally you will hold a Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject and be able to demonstrate your commitment to professional development and learning.
