You’ll set clear direction, support performance and create an environment where people are engaged, supported and focused on delivering good outcomes for members. Working closely with senior surveyors, agents and colleagues across NFU Mutual, you’ll plan workloads, monitor service levels and ensure regulatory and operational standards are met. Alongside day-to-day leadership duties, you’ll oversee complaints, risks and issues, and play a key role in improving processes and ways of working within Loss Control. You’ll work in a hybrid way, spending your time both working from home as well as undertaking regular travel to accompany surveyors on site visits and attend quarterly face to face team meetings.About youYou’ll be keen to further your career at NFU Mutual in a people management role, demonstrating a strong track record of managing performance, developing others and delivering results in a regulated, customer focused environment.
