Salary: £55,000 £70,000 + car allowance + benefits
The Opportunity
Were seeking an experienced Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor (also known as Senior Building Services QS / M&E QS) to join a self-delivery team in Leeds. This is a chance to take full commercial responsibility for mechanical, electrical and plumbing projects with a main contractor that delivers M&E works in-house.
What Youll Be Doing
* Leading the commercial management of mechanical, electrical and plumbing packages
* Preparing tender enquiries, evaluating returns and awarding sub-contracts
* Overseeing cost plans, forecasts, budgets and cash flow reports
* Managing contract administration, variations, change control and value engineering
* Working closely with project managers, design consultants and supply chain partners to ensure projects deliver on time and budget
* Supporting final account negotiations and close-out
