We are looking for a Medical Officer to join our Clinical Research and Operations team. Title: Medical Officer Salary: £45,000 per annum Contract: 12 month fixed-term, possibility of becoming permanent Hours: 35 per week (standard Anthony Nolan working hours) Location: Hybrid, with at least 1 day per week in head office in Hampstead, London Estimated start date: 4th August Job Summary We are looking for a junior doctor with Core Training level experience in either medicine or GP to join our prestigious Clinical Research and Operations teams. The Medical Officer post involves providing medical support to unrelated haematopoietic cell donors, including the cord blood bank, and advising non-medical Anthony Nolan staff on clinical matters. The Medical Officer will also contribute to and update the Anthony Nolan medical guidelines and policies and will attend medical affairs meetings. An interest in haematology is desirable, but prior experience in the management of Stem Cell Donors is not required. You will work alongside a Senior Medical Officer with support from a Clinical Nurse Specialist, and supervision by the Donor Consultant. What’s in it for you?
