Senior Philanthropy Advisor – Oxfordshire Community Foundation
Role Summary
Steward OCF’s expanding portfolio of donor‑advised funds, building relationships with high‑net‑worth individuals, families, corporates and long‑term philanthropic partners.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and deepen donor relationships, ensuring high‑quality account management, timely reporting and warm engagement.
* Coordinate donor‑advised grantmaking in partnership with OCF’s Grants Team.
* Potential line management.
Qualifications
* Personable relationship‑management and communication skills, strong administration, organisational ability and CRM experience.
* Ability to juggle competing priorities in a small, friendly and collaborative team.
* Experience in donor stewardship or grantmaking is desirable but not essential.
Employment Details
Full‑time, 35 hours per week (part‑time or flexible hours considered).
Permanent. Hybrid – 2 days in Oxford office/home working/on the road.
