Internal Account Advisor - Business to Customer Newton Abbot | £26,000 - £28,000 per annum | Monday - Friday | 8:30am - 5pm | Acorn by Synergie is recruiting a B2C Internal Account Advisor (also known as Internal Account Manager) for a dynamic client based in Newton Abbot. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in retail, hospitality management, or customer care who is looking to progress their career in account management and even gain an on-the-job degree. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will: Build rapport with both new and existing clients, ranging from sole traders to Managing Directors and CEOs. Work closely with your Manager to meet account growth and customer satisfaction objectives. Use your customer service and sales skills to cross-sell, upsell, and manage client queries effectively. Requirements A customer-focused mindset and strong communication skills. A can-do attitude - you'll play a key role in growing the B2C side of the business from the ground up. Ability to identify client needs, present tailored solutions, and deliver excellent service. Previous experience in a customer-facing or sales-focused role in retail, hospitality, or account management. About You You have a passion for new business development and building strong client relationships. Experience winning new business and maintaining long-term B2B or B2C relationships. You're proactive with a flair for marketing, networking, community engagement, and client meetings - anything that grows brand presence and engagement. You have a curious, tenacious mindset and enjoy uncovering and exploring new sales opportunities. You are a consultative communicator - you ask smart questions, actively listen, and offer valuable solutions. You're adaptable and eager to learn - no two days will be the same.
