Job Description
* Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents and correspondence to a high standard.
* Manage diaries, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for legal professionals.
* Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and telephone calls.
* Maintain accurate client records and organise case files efficiently.
* Assist with billing processes, including preparing invoices and tracking payments.
* Provide administrative support for legal research and case preparation.
* Ensure compliance with office procedures and confidentiality requirements.
* Support the wider secretarial and business support team as needed.
* Dictation as required
The Successful Applicant
A successful Legal Secretary should have:
* Proven experience in a secretarial or administrative role within a law firm
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
* Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities to manage competing priorities.
* Attention to detail and accuracy in preparing and reviewing documents.
* Confident and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
* A proactive attitude with a focus on providing exceptional support.
What\'s on Offer
