Project Manager – Bovington
As a Project Manager, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. This role offers the opportunity to manage end to end project activity while developing your leadership capability, commercial awareness, and technical understanding. You will work within strong governance frameworks while being encouraged to drive continuous improvement, innovation, and high performance across your projects.
Day‑to‑day responsibilities include:
* Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project delivery teams
* Define, plan, monitor, and control project activities and milestones
* Manage customer and stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle
* Identify, assess, and manage project risks and opportunities
* Provide clear project reporting on progress, performance, and issues
The role is based at Bovington, with access to an onsite gym. Working times are Monday to Friday, totalling 37 hours per week.
Essential experience of the Project Manager:
* Experience working across a range of project lifecycle phases
* Awareness of different contracting and delivery methodologies
* Experience working within cross‑functional project environments
* Understanding of project governance, risk, and performance controls
* Ability to communicate clearly with customers and internal stakeholders
Qualifications for the Project Manager:
* APM Project Management Qualification
* Project Risk Management qualification or equivalent
* Membership of a professional project management body would be advantageous

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
