Your Role
* Support residents with personal care, meals and daily routines
* Assist with safe moving and handling using appropriate equipment
* Encourage independence, dignity and choice for every resident
* Build meaningful, lasting relationships with those you care for
* Keep accurate records and communicate changes to the team
* Work as part of a compassionate, dedicated care team
Who We’re Looking For
* Experience in a UK care home or adult social care setting
* A caring, dependable approach
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
* Current PVG or willingness to apply
* CV covering 10 years of Employment or academia
