Together, we can make an impact Job scope You will be responsible for execution of digital activities (ie web / digital promotion campaigns, lead generation, nurturing and qualification, social media posting) and digital tools, that support the digital business of Diasorin portfolio. You will coordinate all local / regional digital marketing activities to support sales by leveraging the content from corporate, working closely with Marketing Managers. Main Responsibilities From the regional priorities, the Digital Marketing Manager will play an important role for defining the calendar of the activities on both Immunoassay and molecular products. With the Market Managers, the Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for selecting the tools to be used for digital activities (automation platform, sales digital tools for sales) and the campaign to be rolled out with countries from the corporate's content. This position requires good digital marketing skills and experience to help making tools decisions and programs, as well as campaign channels for reaching out and maximizing audience. Cross functional capabilities to work with different functions at corporate, regional, and local level, are required. A deep understanding of Salesforce to bridge with current processes and assess how KPIs can be implemented and followed up is key. As such, this Digital Marketing Manager is expected to: Work with corporate and regional marketing stakeholders to define a solution for a sales aids platform to ensure the availability of corporate content to support sales customer presentation or promotion. After having defined a calendar for digital and promotion activities, participate and roll out marketing multi-channels campaigns (eblast, social media post, landing pages) to reach the widest audience of laboratory and healthcare professionals for the predetermined area of focus. Then analyze and enter data using the CRM Salesforce.com management tool. From the Corporate content provided, support the local product managers with promotional and educational materials and help them in the roll out. Build landing pages based on these activities and ensure there's a local roll out of the corporate campaigns and support all others Marketing digital programs to be set. Centralize and leverage all corporate but also local existing digital initiatives (like TV Diasorin) and leverage them with all marketing stakeholders to maximize usage and cascading. Help and support webinar organization (invitation, registration, recording and replay). Coordinate interaction and requirements across stakeholders (Global Marketing, subsidiaries,) and put in place regular digital Key Performance Indicator (KPIs) reports by implementing a dashboard to be set and followed up (traffic, leads generated, opened documents or links, etc.) Liaising with the Corporate Communication department, the digital marketing manager will contribute to Brand & image consistency based on new branding guidelines, and ensure local events (symposia, congresses…) are compliant and harmonized through the region. Education: Communication/Marketing/Technical Degree with Digital/Web specialization Technical Competencies: Experience as Webmaster i.e. designing, implementing and managing websites, digital campaigns with marketing automation tools (pardot being one of them). Awareness of Health Care Business issues programs and communication campaigns. Familiar with Salesforces CRM tools. A Pardot interface knowledge will be a plus. Experience: 5 years' experience in a Marketing Experience delivering customer centric online campaigns (Search Engine optimization/Marketing, Newsletter systems, Statistical tools and marketing automation…) Expected Capabilities and Behaviours: Effective Interpersonal skills and demonstrated leadership capability. Ability to influence internal stakeholders, maintaining aan effective relationships with all internal stakeholders. Be a problem solver, international spirit, and team player, creative and willing to constantly learn and share with passion for promotion campaigns, Internet/social media, and digital tools along a solid professional written and verbal communication. Microsoft Office and familiarity/comfort with other web-based software tools. Strategy development through tactical executions of marketing activities Experience delivering marketing and sales tools through various mediums including but not limited to print, web, email, event, animation, video and mobile; Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and influence multiple colleagues, complex tasks, and projects from conception to successful completion.
