A vibrant and welcoming primary school in N9 is seeking a creative and enthusiastic Reception Teacher to join their team on a long-term agency basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated Reception Teacher to inspire young learners and support their early development in a nurturing environment.
The Role
As a Reception Teacher, you will:
1. Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons for Reception pupils
2. Support children’s social, emotional, and academic development
3. Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
4. Assess pupil progress and maintain clear records in line with school policies
5. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth transition into Key Stage 1
The Ideal Candidate
The successful Reception Teacher will:
6. Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
7. Have experience teaching in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
8. Demonstrate strong classroom management and interpersonal skills
9. Be patient, creative, and enthusiastic about fostering early learning
10. Be committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
This role is ideal for both experienced practitioners and ambitious Reception Teachers looking to further develop their skills in a supportive setting.
