Person Specification
QUALIFICATIONS / TRAINING
* Educated to NVQ III in administration or equivalent level of experience
* English and Math GCSE grade 9-2 (A*-E) or equivalent
* RSA Word Processing and Audio Transcription
KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE & EXPERTISE
* Significant experience working in a busy office environment (to deadlines and targets)
* Advanced keyboard skills, must have good and accurate inputting skills
* Ability to deal with conflicting workloads and timescales
* Awareness of confidentiality
* Ability to make informed judgements and make careful analysis of situations
* Ability to prioritise workloads and work under pressure maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines
* Knowledge of 18 week RTT
* Awareness of Local and National NHS guidelines
* Able to work with a multidisciplinary framework
* Ability to analyse, interpret and report on data
* Knowledge of EPR and Bluespier
* An understanding of waiting list management
* An understanding of medical terminology
* Experience and Knowledge of systems: Winscribe/ Dragon Medical One Client/ Bluespier / Cerner EPR.
* Awareness of Health & Safety issues, risk management, information governance and data protection
