The Senior Design Engineer role will involve:Timely and Cost-Efficient Delivery: Oversee the completion of design work within established schedules and financial parameters.Team Resource Oversight: Allocate workloads strategically to ensure personnel are focused on the most critical and time-sensitive assignments.Inter-Office Coordination: Collaborate with senior leadership across various branches and disciplines to provide input and support on shared initiatives.Authority Requirements Integration: Ensure that project designs account for and incorporate the expectations of relevant regulatory and statutory organizations.Technical Review and Quality Assurance: Personally carry out or supervise the checking and approval of technical drawings and reports, offering clear and actionable feedback.
