Technical Services Manager - Scotland

The Technical Services Manager role, based at our CAME Entrotec offices in Livingston, Scotland is responsible for managing our office and field-based technical support team.
You will be the commercial figure head, accountable for driving and delivering a high quality technical service to our customers and continuously looking to improve the quality of the internal and field support services we provide.
The successful candidate will take full responsibility for supporting the UK sales strategy through proactive Technical Services & Support, demonstrating excellent technical knowledge in the correct application of the full CAME Entrotec door entry solutions.
CAME is an international company manufacturing a range of specialist security products, primarily video entry systems and Gate automation. We deal directly with trade professionals and distributors in the UK and provide industry leading training, sales and technical support across 5 branches.
CAME Entrotec were acquired by CAME in November 2021 and are trusted pioneers and leading manufacturers of door entry solutions in UK residential and commercial markets. We are renowned for manufacturing and supplying high quality audio and video vandal resistant door entry, concierge systems and proximity access control systems.

Your Next Role…
* Management of the Technical Services team – five reports with both office-based and field-based team members
* Overseeing full nationwide coverage for door entry solutions, across Scotland.
* Adopting our proven technical support processes and helping to evolve them going forward

In addition to a competitive salary and bonus package of up to £50,000 per annum dependant on experience, you will receive complementary company attire, company pension and 25 days annual leave with bank holidays on top, increasing with length of service up to 28 days per year.
