The Role Manage a portfolio of key potential clients, developing relationships and booking appointments for Business Development Director. Proactively support customer retention by effectively dealing with client opportunities. Develop relationships and personal contacts within the company to deliver exceptional customer service, supporting the Sales team, and accurately managing the CRM system. Demonstrate a positive "can-do" attitude at all times. Help deliver the budgeted new revenue for your area at correct Profit, Volume & product mix in line with targets set. Introduce new streams of business to benefit customers and the company alike, working closely with operational colleagues to reduce the cost of servicing customers. Accurately forecast volume & revenue to manage accounts most efficiently Monitor competitor activity & threat The Applicant KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: Able to demonstrate success in revenue growth through telephone account development Telesales or Appointment making for key opportunities Tenacious and driven individual Ability to be flexible in approach and style depending on the customer.
