What you will bring
* Excellent customer service skills
* Experience in a luxury environment

* Adept communicator with an excellent telephone manner
* Excellent command of the English language
* Extremely well groomed and presented
* Have the right to work in the United Kingdom
* Must be able to drive and have a full clean UK driving license and held for more than 5 years (and must be over the age of 21 years to comply with the hotel insurance policy)
Your responsibilities
* To ensure that all of our guests' needs and requests are met
* As London experts, confidently recommend the most suitable attractions, tours, shows and restaurants and have the know how to guarantee reservations
* Be the liaison for guests and their internal/external bookings ensuring clear verbal and written communication with everyone involved
* To supervise the Luggage Porter and Door Team
