 
        
        Join to apply for the Project Buyer & Logistics Lead role at BOUYGUES UK. This 6‑month fixed‑term contract will support the Hinkley Point C (HPC) Emergency Diesel Generator project in Bristol.
Job Purpose
Support and manage procurement activities for the HPC EDG project, including RFP preparation, tender assessment, supplier engagement, subcontract negotiation and off‑site transport logistics. Maintain compliance with project and safety standards and contribute to refining procurement processes.
Responsibilities
 * Develop and support overall procurement strategy and schedule in partnership with the Project Procurement Manager.
 * Manage supplier and contract relationships, including post‑award logistics and transport suppliers.
 * Coordinate financial and commercial aspects of procurement.
 * Assist on‑site and care and maintenance teams with their procurement activities.
 * Support Work Package Leads to deliver all assigned transport work packages on time.
 * Handle tactical/indirect procurement activities.
