* Working Hours: Saturday – Sunday (8:00AM to 4:30PM OR 12:30PM – 9PM Rota) plus 4 hours of cover

At VIVO, we’re on a mission to deliver exceptional infrastructure, asset, and facilities management services for the UK Defence Sector. As a joint venture between Serco and Equans, we combine expertise and innovation to support critical operations.
We’re expanding our Helpdesk Team in Liverpool and seeking an ambitious Customer Service Advisor to support out-of-hours operations. You will handle inbound calls and emails, log and resolve requests within agreed timelines, manage service requests using our CAFM system, and provide professional customer service, including handling enquiries and complaints. Attention to detail and accuracy are essential as you update systems and support continuous improvement initiatives. You may also undertake other ad hoc tasks as required.
What You Will Need
We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, eager to learn, and capable of listening, empathizing, and problem-solving over the phone and email. Confidence in managing multiple tasks, working under tight deadlines, and maintaining high accuracy is crucial. Knowledge of helpdesk technology, telephony, omnichannel platforms, and CAFM systems is beneficial. Excellent IT skills, especially with Microsoft Office, and a proactive, team-oriented attitude are also important.
