What you will be doing:
* Lead VIP guest liaison and hospitality operations, managing end-to-end guest journeys, communications, seating, ticketing and official party arrangements for matchday and hospitality events.
* Deliver exceptional event experiences, overseeing third-party, charity and special events, while supporting VIP fan experiences during the concert season.
* Build strong stakeholder relationships and lead hospitality hosts, working collaboratively across internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless delivery and high service standards.
